HCI courses - Minimum eligibility experience required: Residential course - the student must have completed a minimum of 100 residential (sloped) roof inspections as the primary “on roof” inspector. -Commercial course, the student must have completed a minimum of 50 commercial (flat) roof inspections. -Wind course - the student must have earned the HCI-R or HCI-C designation OR have completed 100 wind damage inspections as the primary inspector.
