HAAG GLOBAL, INC., ANNOUNCES SALE OF NEW JERSEY-BASED OPERATIONS OF 3D SOLUTIONS, LLC, TO SAM, LLC

Flower Mound, TX— Haag Global, Inc., a recognized leader in the field of failure and damage consulting,
announced today that it has sold the New Jersey-based operations of its 3D Solutions, LLC, (H3DS) business unit
to SAM, LLC. This operation has provided laser scanning and modeling, including building information modeling
(BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC) services, primarily to Haag’s architecture-engineeringcontractor
(AEC) clients since its inception in late 2011.

“Divesting H3DS’ New Jersey/AEC-related operations better positions Haag to scale and focus more resources
on our core strengths--our flagship forensic engineering unit, our rapidly growing construction consulting unit,
and our supporting business units,” said Justin Kestner, P.E., President and CEO. “Importantly, Haag maintains
our in-house ability and expertise to continue to provide cutting edge laser scanning and modeling, spherical
photography, virtual tour packages, and related litigation services in support of our forensic engineering and
construction consulting projects. This transaction is a win for Haag, for SAM, and for our collective clients and
employees.”

Haag Global will continue to offer laser scanning and related services to its forensic engineering and
construction consulting clients. Further, Haag will continue to provide geographic information systems (GIS)
services, including cost-saving survey validation.

“As laser scanning technology has grown since we first began utilizing it in 2007, so too has our use of this
technology to meet the needs of both our engineering and construction consulting clients. We will be
repositioning our laser scanning group and GIS team to become even more fully integrated with our engineering
and construction consulting business units while expanding survey validation work beyond the oil and gas
industry,” explained Kestner.

uncompromising integrity, through its 95 years of time-tested expertise. Haag Global, Inc., began as a failure
